To Setup a PAL Scan Converter:

(Does not apply to the MultiPro Plus, Pocket Scan 2000, and MultiPro 2000)

• Be sure unit is a PAL version (should be marked on box)
• Install Aitech Screen Control Utility Software
• Select PAL during the installation
• From Settings tab in Windows Display Properties: set to 640 x 480 and press OK or Apply
• From TV-OUT tab in Windows Display Properties: select 640 x 480 and press the TV-OUTPUT button
  

NOTE:

• 800 x 600 may also work, but we have seen problems with some video drivers.
• If you have older software, you may download v.4.31 from this page.
• You may need to switch your laptop into External-only mode. Please refer to your laptop manual, or contact their tech support for further details on how to do this. The following document may also be helpful: Laptop VGA mode switching.
• Only the Uninstall icon and the TV Out tab will be displayed.
